TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Don'Q Streets College - Talents Income Streams Initiative (TISI) Program

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Don'Q Streets College Talents Income Streams Initiative (TISI) Program (“TISI Program”), operated by Don'Q. By registering for and participating in the TISI Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with registration.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for the TISI Program, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

Are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.

3. PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION FEE & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

To participate in the TISI Program, you must select one of the following one-time membership registration fee options:

₦5,000 Registration Plan

Earn 5% commission on every TISI referral.

Earn ₦1500 commission on Agent Network Franchise referrals.

You must fund your wallet with a minimum of ₦5000 to start your business.

₦10,000 Registration Plan

Earn 10% commission on every TISI referral.

Earn ₦1500 commission on Agent Network Franchise referrals.

You must fund your wallet with a minimum of ₦5000 to start your business.

₦30,000 Registration Plan

Earn 15% commission on every TISI referral.

Earn ₦1500 commission on Agent Network Franchise referrals.

Your wallet will be funded or credited with ₦20,000 for your business. ₦10,000 is received by Don'Q as your registration fee.

You agree that Don'Q shall receive a 30% service charge from the total donations received from donors for your Talents Entrepreneurship Empowerment Funds (TEEF) cause or project and that Don'Q reserve the right to change the service charge commissions as determined by Don'Q without prior notice. 

4. BUSINESS WALLET FUNDING REQUIREMENT

Regardless of your chosen registration plan, you agree that:

Your account wallet must funded to start your business.

Your wallet balance is necessary for transactions within the program.

5. PAYMENT & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Commissions will be credited to your wallet upon successful referrals.

Wallet withdrawals are subject to processing fees of 1.5% and minimum balance requirement is ₦5000.

Don'Q reserves the right to modify commission rates without prior notice.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Don'Q does not guarantee that you will earn any specific income. Your earnings depend on your referrals and business activities.

Don'Q is not liable for any losses incurred due to business performance or marketing strategies.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & POLICY VIOLATIONS

Your participation may be suspended or terminated if you:

Violate these Terms of Service.

Engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or abuse of the program.

Fail to comply with Don'Q's policies and ethical business practices.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Don'Q reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued participation in the TISI Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action is considered.
