COMMISSIONS AND INCENTIVES FROM BUSINESS AGENTS REGISTRATIONS
- For each Business Agent registration, you will receive 5% of the ₦30,000 minimum registration requirement, which is ₦1500.
- Your target is a minimum of 60 Business Agents a month. Minimum of 2 Business Agents a day for 30 days.
- You can earn by selling to vendors/providers directly, Business Agents and customers too.
BUSINESS AGENTS NETWORK SUPERVISOR BASIC SALARY
- The Business Agents Network Supervisor will earn or activate a basic salary of ₦25,000 for meeting or achieving the minimum monthly target of 30 Business Agents registration, plus still earn the 5% commissions on the total registrations achieved per month. This means that a Business Agents Network Supervisor that achieves or meets the minimum target of 30 Business Agents registrations will earn ₦70,000 or earn ₦140,000 for meeting the monthly target of 60 Agents registrations set by the company. Where the Brand Supervisor meets or achieves less than 30 Brand Ambassadors registrations, s(he) shall be entitled only to commissions of 5% from the sales.
Territory Sales Manager Job Description:
To be eligible for a Territory Sales Manager position, you must first work as a Business Agents Network Manager (BANM) for a maximum of 3 months, after which you shall go through promotion appraisal for the Territory Sales Manager position.
Note: A Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets in a specific geographic territory. They develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
Business Agents Network Managers (BANM) Job Description and Compensation:
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll be required to find an office property for your office in your territory
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll Raise a team of 20 Agents Network Supervisors by inviting them to apply for the Agents Network Supervisor Job Position through publicity and marketing materials provided by Don'Q (recruitment adverts)
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll manage the 20 Supervisors to each register 60 Agents, 20 Top Agents and 10 VIP Agents
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll earn ₦320,000 after your first month, when you meet your sales target
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll receive an official car after your first month, when you meet your sales target
- As a Don'Q BANM you'll work from home with your phone in your first month before the company territory office property you informed the company about is hired.
Business Agents Network Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Note: A Business Agents Network Manager, will need to develop and possess skills that make you adapt to changing markets and consumer trends.
The Business Agents Network Manager Job Duties Include:
- Building and maintaining a book of clients you have strong relationships with
- Attending events (social functions, outing to church, mosque, school, and time with family, friends and neighbours) and entertaining clients to build rapport
- Business Agents Network Manager Earning:
As a BANM, you'll earn commissions and bonuses like a Business Agents Network Supervisor but you will also earn 0.5% commissions from the total amount brought in by the Business Agents Network Supervisors working directly with you. This will be ₦180,000 for meeting the monthly Agents registration target.
As a BANM, you'll earn ₦180,000 from your team performance and ₦140,000 for meeting your monthly Agents registration target. Total Earnings =₦320,000
SUPERVISOR AND BANM COMMISSIONS AND INCENTIVES FROM TOP AGENTS REGISTRATIONS
- For each Top Agent registration, the Supervisor will receive 1.334% of the minimum ₦300,000 registration.
- Your target is a minimum of 20 Business Top Agents a month. Minimum of 5 Business Agents a week for 30 days.
- Monthly earnings of ₦80,040 but you can also earn more by doing more!
The Business Agents Network Manager earns 0.13% of the total amount of Top Agents registration brought in by his/her 20 Supervisors. S(he) will Earn ₦104,000

The Business Agents Network Manager earns 0.13% of the total amount of VIP Agents registration brought in by his her 20 Supervisors. S(he) will Earn ₦130,000
