**AGREEMENT BETWEEN DON'Q AND THE CUSTOMER FOR AGENT REGISTRATION**
**Date:** [1st January, 2024]
**Parties:**
1. **Don'Q:** [5th Street, Block 4, Flat 4, Elekahia Housing Estate, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria]
2. **Customer:** Here in referred to as the [The Agent]
**Subject:** Agreement for Registration as an Agent
**1. Payment Terms:**
a) A deposit of fifty percent or the total amount is required at the time of placing the order to secure the customer's registration and product.
b) The remaining balance, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees, will be due before the products are delivered.
c) The minimum cost for the registration of the Customer as an Agent is ₦30,000. The promotion offer is available to customer who agree to register with a minimum of ₦300,000. The customer participating in the promo agrees to pay 50% of the total cost upfront, amounting to half the price. The remaining balance of the price will be due and paid or completed upon Don'Q delivery of the associated product to the Agent.
**Discount Coupons.**
To participate in the promo, the customer must apply or use the provided categories of payment discount coupons to place his order.
**2. Top Agent and VIP Agent Discounts Incentives:**
To encourage top and VIP agents, Don'Q offers the following discounts:
- **5% Discount** for registration and product payments of a minimum of ₦1million, reducing the total cost.
- **3% Discount** for registration and product payments of a minimum of ₦500,000 reducing the total cost.
- **2% Discount** for registration and product payments of a minimum of ₦300,000, reducing the total cost.
**2. Early Bird Discounts Incentives:**
To encourage prompt payment, Don'Q offers the following discounts:
- **5% Discount** for registration and product payments made within 2 Weeks of the ongoing promotion, reducing the total cost.
- **3% Discount** for registration and product payments made within 4 Weeks of the ongoing promotion, reducing the total cost.
- **2% Discount** for registration and product payments made within 2 months of the ongoing promotion, reducing the total cost.
Customers must ensure payment is made within these timeframes to qualify for the respective discounts.
Failure to make the deposit within the above specified timeframes may result in your order being canceled or delayed.
**Currency Exchange and Inflation.**
This promotion offer is subject to and not immune to the current currency exchange and inflation twists and turns in Nigeria, and therefore prices and orders are subject to review pending on the time of purchase.
**3. Payment Methods:**
The Customer may choose from the following payment gateways and methods on our mobile app platform when placing your order:
- Online Bank Transfer
- USSD Payment
- Debit Card Payment
Payment order receipt details will be provided upon completion of order on your Don'Q mobile app dashboard.
**4. Delivery Terms:**
Products will be delivered within one week (7 days) after Don'Q confirms receipt of the customer order and payment from our mobile app or customer notified about none availability of product(s) and subsequent refund or time of delivery.
Delivery Fees: delivery fees are none refundable. Where a customer also default payment of balance after the delivery, the applied delivery fee will be doubled for the return of the products and minus from the down payment made by the customer. The customer will have to pay up the minus in addition to the product balance for the delivery of the product.
**5. Cancellation Policy:**
a) The Customer may cancel their order within 3 days of placing it. Cancellations must be made in writing via email at partners@donqit.com.
b) In the event of order cancellation later than the specified 3 days allowed notice period, the deposit is non-refundable.
c) Refunds may be processed and made within five official work days (Monday to Friday) in accordance with this Don'Q's refund terms.
**6. Responsibilities and Obligations:**
- **Don'Q’s Responsibilities:**
- Confirm receipt of payment promptly.
- Deliver registered agent products as agreed.
- Provide necessary support during the registration process.
- **Customer’s Responsibilities:**
- Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
- Provide accurate information for registration.
- Adhere to the cancellation policy if required.
- Provide the Don'Q Agent Network services to customers
**7. Arbitration:**
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, the parties agree to resolve the issue through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
**8. Governing Law:**
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
**9. Entire Agreement:**
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
**10. Amendments:**
Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
