About Groove Service
Our Groove Service function within our Group Buy Portal and enable vendors and customers to form groove/party groups for bulk purchasing, thereby easing the groove/party funds on the provider, vendor or celebrant and benefiting from discounts.
The vendor/provider buys and makes all the refreshments and music πΆ available for the Groove/Party, then invites customers through tickets sold. The provider uses the record from orders placed, to know the number of expected attendees and what to serve each customer during the Groove/Party.
When a user selects a Groove, they can join or share a Groove group already created. Groups, number of members and prices are created by vendors/providers.
Once the Groove group payments reaches the predetermined groove size (number), the deal is activated, and all members will receive the Groove Service benefits paid for in their order when they attend the Groove/Party.

Itβs a win-win approach that relies on collective purchasing power to unlock discounts that would not be available to individual buyers. Generally, these benefits offer great deals in the form of heavily discounted services.
Party Expiration.
To participate in the Service you must make payment 48 hours before the expiration date.
A minimum number of buyers is needed to purchase goods at a reduced price. A customer can participate in any existing Groove Service groups for group buying. Groove Service products are received and provided after completion of payment by the group members/number (before the Groove Service expiration date). The members can even share the groups from the app to other social media platforms to attract members/customers with similar interests.
Refund.
- If required number of participant(s) does not join your group within limited time period, the item will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded.
- A customer may also be refunded where the customer cancels his/her order 48hours before the Groove Service date.
- If a customer fails to attend the groove or party on the day and within the time specified by the vendor/provider, the provider shall not make a refund of the payments made by the customer, neither will Don'Q refund any fees or charges
