By using the service, you are stating that:

(II) You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability of any services, unauthorized action to or alteration of your data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the server or the service. All purchases are final, and there are absolutely no refunds for any type of case. Opening a dispute will automatically result in you losing access to our services and being globally banned and blacklisted from our services, websites, affiliated social media accounts, and EVERY single account that runs on applications. It could also cause a police investigation regarding the charge-back. (III) You understand and agree that we reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any pricing, benefits, rewards, contacts, etc. of any given products or services. (IV) You understand and agree that the use of this website/application, or any other related content is made available and provided to you at your own risk. Implied or expressed, we disclaim all warranties of any sort. Use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind. (V) You understand and agree that we reserve the right to forcibly make you leave the website or other services with no refund. (VI) You understand and agree that we reserve the right to ban you from the website or other services at any given time with no refund. (VII) You understand and agree that by accepting this document, you waive your right to take any action against anything related to the services, website, members, staff, administrators, business, and owners. (VIII) You understand and agree that all terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely and immediately after the contract is accepted, and will remain active even after you quit, or are banned, removed, or leave the website, or other services in any way. (IX) You understand and agree that you are not allowed to record or duplicate the website or other services.
Also, I hereby grant Don'Q Exquisite Models Service and its employees, agents and assigns all rights to use my name, voice, likeness and photographs for promotional, advertising and broadcasting purposes including but not limited to photography, video, audio, commercial, and the internet. By attending these events, I give Exquisite Models Service and its contractors permission to photograph, video and audio record me while I am auditioning, working or shooting.
I release Exquisite Models Service and its designated photographers and videographers from any and all claims arising out of the use of the photos and videos. These photos include photographs and videos that I submit for consideration to be a part of Don'Q Exquisite Models Service

BOOKING CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY:
ON CONFIRMED BOOKINGS; WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS OF TALENT BEING NEEDED = FULL FEE. WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS OF TALENT BEING NEEDED = HALF FEE.
OVERTIME RATES:
TIME-AND-A-HALF APPLY BEFORE 9 A.M. AND AFTER 5 P.M. AND ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. DAY RATE BASED ON AN 8 HOUR DAY.
TRAVEL RATE:
FULL FEE BETWEEN 9 A.M. AND 5 P.M. TIME-AND-A-HALF BEFORE 9 A.M. AND AFTER 5 P.M.
FITTING RATE:
PINNING OR ADJUSTMENT OF GARMENT, OR TRY ON OF TWO OR MORE GARMENTS; 1 HOUR MINIMUM
LINGERIE RATE:
APPLY FOR BRAS, PANTIES, SLIPS, PANTYHOSE, JOCKEY AND BOXER SHORTS, SLEEPWEAR, TRANSPARENT OR TRANSLUCENT ARTICLES; AGENCY MUST CHECK WITH MODEL BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY LINGERIE BOOKINGS. 1 HR MIN. CLOSED SET REQUIRED.
WEATHER PERMIT:
ON CONFIRMED BOOKINGS; ALL SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS- HALF FEE IF SERVICES ARE IMMEDIATELY RESCHEDULED; SERVICES NOT RESCHEDULED, FULL FEE. WEATHER PERMIT CANCELLATIONS MADE EARLIER ARE SUBJECT TO NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICY.
WEATHER PERMIT OPTIONS:
BOOK OR RELEASE WILL BE ENFORCED FOR OPTIONS WHEN SECONDARY JOB IS READY TO CONFIRM.
USE RIGHTS:
ARE LIMITED TO THE SPECIFIC RIGHTS GRANTED (ie. Geographic terms, # of pictures, media etc) AND MAY NOT BE EXTENDED WITHOUT NEGOTIATIONS.
AGENCY:
20% AGENCY SERVICE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO BILLINGS. A 2% FINANCE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO BILLING UNPAID WITHIN 30 DAYS.
- You agree that during your participation in this service, any or all your pictures may be used by the Exquisite Models Service for digital and none digital modelling and advertising purposes, as adjudged by Exquisite Models Service.
- You agree that you shall be paid only as outlined or explained in the description of the service
- You shall participate in the regular routine jobs like ushering, greeters, and associates services to clients of Exquisite Models Service, and be paid appropriately as deemed right or determined by Exquisite Models Service.
- You agree that you are on a probation and only become a full member of the service, after you meet your marketing financial goals, as assigned to you by Exquisite Models Service
- You agree that the quarterly modelling contest winners are determined by the number of sales (votes) made by each model's photos published or advertised on the Exquisite Models Service Portal.
- You agree that your social media account (if you already have one) shall be managed by assigned social media managers of Exquisite Models Service, who can access, publish on and manage it
- You agree that any contract proposal or jobs to you directly or indirectly, to be signed during the period of your participation in this service, shall solely be managed and handled by Exquisite Models Service as your agent, and the financial benefits shared in a 60% (for you) to 40% (for Exquisite Models Service) bases.
- Exquisite Models Service reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time without notice to you or prior information.
- By your participation in this service, you agree to all of it's terms and conditions of service.
- Travel Booking Service fee of 10% and 15% on amounts below ₦500,000 and above respectively.
